The Stephenson County Farm Bureau and the Highland Community College Foundation cosponsored an estate planning workshop, entitled, "How to Keep Your Estate Plan Up-to-Date... And Avoid Family Feuds!" on March 23 and 24.
HCC Foundation continues matching Double Play campaign
The Highland Community College Foundation's matching challenge DOUBLE PLAY 2014 continues this year after a very successful campaign during 2013.
Last year's donors surpassed the matching goal of $75,000 by more than $9,000, for a total of $84,320. Donations to DOUBLE PLAY 2014 will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to the first $72,000 during 2014...read more
