December 20, 2012 - Book vouchers available at the bookstore for financial aid
recipients for spring session. Eligible students may charge books and supplies against their Pell grant, Partners for Employment grant, Stafford loan, and/or scholarships.
January 14, 2013 - Spring session begins.
January 28, 2013 - Last day to drop, no record/refund for spring session.
February 4, 2013 - Enrollment hours for Pell awards are frozen. Enrollment in subsequent credit hours after this date will not increase Pell award for spring session.
February 15, 2013 - Scholarship/state aid applied to student accounts.
March 8, 2013 - Mid-term. Last day for eligible financial aid recipients to charge at the bookstore for spring session.
March 19, 2013 - Federal aid applied to student accounts for spring session.
April 1, 2013 - 60% point of spring semester - federal financial aid refund checks mailed to students.
May 17, 2013 - Spring session ends.

May 20, 2013 - Pre-summer session begins. Last day to drop, no record/refund for pre-summer session.
May 23, 2013 - Book vouchers available at the bookstore for financial aid recipients for summer session. Eligible students may charge books and supplies against their Pell grant and Partners for Employment grant.
June 6, 2013 - End of pre-summer session.
June 10, 2013 - Summer session begins.
June 13, 2013 - Last day to drop, no record/refund for summer session. Last day for eligible financial aid recipients to charge at the bookstore for summer session.
June 19, 2013 - Enrollment hours for Pell awards are frozen. Enrollment in subsequent credit hours after this date will not increase Pell award for summer session.
June 20, 2013 - Federal aid applied to student accounts.
July 3, 2013 - Mid-term of summer session.
July 3, 2013 - Federal financial aid refund checks mailed to students.
August 1, 2013 - Summer session ends.
