IMPORTANT DATES FOR 2016-2017 FINANCIAL AID

 

»SUMMER 2017 SEMESTER«

May 15, 2017 - Book vouchers available at the bookstore for financial aid recipients for pre-summer session. Eligible students may charge books and supplies against their Pell grant, BEST & Rock River Training grants, Stafford loan, and/or scholarships.

May 22, 2017 - Pre-summer session begins.

May 23, 2017 - Last day to drop, no record/refund for pre-summer session.

May 26, 2017 - Book vouchers available at the bookstore for financial aid recipients for summer session. Eligible students may charge books and supplies against their Pell grant, BEST & Rock River Training grants, Stafford loan, and/or scholarships.

June 12, 2017 - Summer session begins.

June 19, 2017 - Last day to drop, no record/refund for summer session.  Last day for eligible financial aid recipients to charge at the bookstore for summer session.

June 22, 2017 - Enrollment hours for Pell awards are frozen. Enrollment in subsequent credit hours after this date will not increase Pell award for summer session.

July 6, 2017 - Mid-term. 

July 11, 2017 - Federal aid applied to student accounts.

July 18, 2017 - 60% point of summer semester - Federal financial aid refund checks mailed to students and eRefunds are released.

August 3, 2017 - Summer session ends.

July 31, 2017 - Book vouchers available at the bookstore for financial aid recipients for fall session. Eligible students may charge books and supplies against their Pell grant, BEST & Rock River Training grants, Stafford loan, and/or scholarships.

August 14, 2017 - Fall session begins.

August 25, 2017 - Last day to drop, no record/refund for fall session.

September 1, 2017 - Enrollment hours for Pell awards are frozen. Enrollment in subsequent credit hours after this date will not increase Pell award for fall session.

September 8, 2017 - Scholarship/state aid applied to student accounts.

October 6, 2017 - Mid-term. 

October 13, 2017 - Last day for eligible financial aid recipients to charge at the bookstore for fall session.

October 17, 2017 - Federal aid applied to student accounts.

October 25, 2017 - 60% point of fall semester - Federal financial aid refund checks mailed to students and eRefunds are released.

December 8, 2017 - Fall session ends.
