My
name is Taneisha Mack and I am a proud graduate of Highland Community
College, and project succeed program.
My relationship first began with Highland Community College in
1994. I was just out of high school and full of hope for my future.
Then, as often is the case; my life took a different direction
and many years later I found myself a divorced single mother with
little more than a high school education.
With hard work and continued support of Highland Community College
and Project Succeed I am now, not only a college graduate but
also an independent business owner with renewed hope for my future.
Because of the dedication and commitment to excellence in education,
Highland Community College and the hard work from Project Succeed
has enabled me to pursue a life for my children and myself; that
at one time I thought was impossible.
Through my business, each day I am able to carry out the mission
of Highland Community College teaching others how to plan for
their financial future, but more importantly I teach people how
to take charge of their future. I thank God, and am forever grateful
to Highland Community College and Project Succeed that I had the
awesome opportunity to learn, grow and mature at one of the finest
academic establishments in this country.
