Payment Options

Tuition and fees may be paid by telephone, mail or at the cashier’s office.

We also offer a number of tuition payment options. You may need to contact the financial aid office if you have questions about federal aid assistance or scholarships.

1. Payment in Full at Registration
Students may pay tuition and course fees in full at the time of registration. Payment may be in cash, by check, or charged on Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The Cashier’s Office is located near the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid.

2. Deferred Payment Plan

Students may defer payment of tuition and course fees until a later, specified date by paying a $25 nonrefundable deferred payment fee at the time of registration. This fee is an additional cost and will not be applied toward the cost of tuition and course fees.

3. Payment by Employer or Governmental Sources

Students whose tuition and course fees are paid by his/her employers must bring, at the time of registration, written verification from the employers or sources of intent to pay the tuition.

4. Payment through Financial Aid

Students whose tuition and course fees are paid in part or full by financial aid may register for classes subject to verification of their financial aid awards.
