Bob Apolloni has taught college-level art at numerous higher institutions, including University of St. Francis and Northern Illinois University for 13 years. During his teaching career, Bob has been honored with numerous exhibition awards and with an award for his excellence as an instructor. He specializes in teaching drawing, design, art appreciation, and independent study. Bob has extensive experience in curating a variety of solo, group, community, and student art exhibits. At completion of his classes, students understand the foundations associated with the principles and visual elements of drawing and design, both in practice and theory. Students are also comfortable and aware of their role in creating images and ideas associated with the visual arts. Bobís diovan unique style of teaching allows students to explore, challenge, and revise their own creativity while learning the concepts related to visual communication.
